Creating a culture that embraces small and diverse suppliers
HMH® is committed to partnering with suppliers who represent the diverse perspectives of our employees and customers around the world. Through our Supplier Diversity Program, we seek to foster a more inclusive marketplace by creating a culture that embraces small and diverse suppliers and addresses barriers to inclusion.
Our partnerships embody our core values of innovation, ownership, trust, justice, learning, and courage. We work with suppliers to create quality content, engaging solutions, and comprehensive services that promote growth and prosperity in the local communities we serve.
We believe our supplier base should be just as diverse as the communities we serve. Fostering strong partnerships with diverse-owned and small businesses is not only in line with our values, but will also yield better, more innovative solutions for students and teachers who utilize HMH products and services in classrooms around the world.
