Carrie joined HMH in 1996 as a HR generalist and has built a career centered on helping individuals and teams reach their full potential while building deep expertise in areas such as strategic business partnerships, recruiting and employee relations. In 2025, Carrie was promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where she leads with a clear focus on people success and building a workplace culture where employees feel supported, valued and empowered to grow.
Today, Carrie oversees all global HR functions—including total rewards, talent acquisition, talent management and HR operations—with teams across four countries. She is committed to creating a culture of collaboration, belonging and continuous development. Her leadership has driven initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, improve retention and support growth and development at every level of the organization.
Carrie holds a BA in Business Administration from North Central College in Naperville, IL.
